QUALITY HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT OBJECTIVES

The management of A&L Mechanical Installations Ltd and is committed to the attainment of our QHSE objectives.

These objectives are:

• Achieve and maintain workforce competence by ensuring completion of mandatory HSEQ training requirements throughout 2026.
• Reduce the Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) by at least 10% from the Q1 2026 baseline across all operations by strengthening hazard identification, safe systems of work, and proactive reporting.
• Achieve zero environmental non-compliance events throughout 2026 through robust environmental controls and compliance with legislative, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Reduce fuel consumption intensity by 5% against 2025 baseline throughout 2026 by improving journey planning, reducing vehicle idling, maintaining efficient vehicles and plant, and promoting sustainable working practices.
• Protect local communities and minimise environmental nuisance throughout 2026 by maintaining effective controls for noise, dust, pollution prevention, waste management, and site housekeeping, receiving zero substantiated environmental complaints from clients, neighbours, regulators, or members of the public.

These objectives will be monitored and reviewed annually and revised or updated as necessary.
