QUALITY HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT OBJECTIVES

The management of A&L Mechanical Installations Ltd and is committed to the attainment of our QHSE objectives.


These objectives are:

  • Achieve and maintain an average client feedback score of at least 95% each quarter throughout FY2025 by conducting monthly service reviews and implementing corrective actions within 10 working days of any score below 85%.
  • Reduce the company’s carbon footprint by 4 % by December 31, 2025, compared to the 2024 baseline, through energy efficiency projects, reduced travel emissions, and quarterly progress reporting aligned with the Net Zero roadmap.
  • Achieve a minimum score of 90% on all internal on-site Health & Safety audits conducted monthly in 2025, with corrective actions implemented within 15 days of audit completion.
  • Increase incident and near-miss reporting by 15% over 2024 levels by holding monthly Health & Safety meetings, promoting open reporting through toolbox talks, and tracking engagement across all departments.
  • Ensure 100% of employees and subcontractors receive required QHSE training within 30 days of onboarding and complete annual refresher training by October 31, 2025, with performance reviewed quarterly through audits and supervisor feedback.
  • Increase awareness of the company’s QHSE expectations among key stakeholders by distributing a concise QHSE overview document on the business website by July 2025.

 

These objectives will be monitored and reviewed annually and revised or updated as necessary.
