Are you an experienced, professional Welder & Fabricator? A&L MEICA is seeking a skilled individual to join our growing team.

A&L MEICA is a UK-based firm specialising in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Solutions, particularly within the water and wastewater sector. Our welding and fabrication workshop is certified to BS EN 1090, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Role Responsibilities Include:

• Welding and fabrication of a wide variety of bespoke solutions in addition to plant and equipment, primarily servicing the water industry.
• Previous experience of stainless steel thin walled pipe (Welding/Fitting)
• Experience working with materials such as mild steel, stainless steel & Aluminum.
• Capability to survey and measure to meet client requirements.
• Problem-solving, site repairs, and installations at customer sites.

Preferred Certification:

• Time served Welder & Fabricator
• Abrasive Wheel
• Manual Handling
• CSCS Card
• Forklift
• Working at Height/Harness

Hours of Work

37.5Hrs P/week as follows:

0800 to 1630 with 30 minutes Lunch Break – MON to THU

0800 to 1400 with 30 minutes Lunch Break – FRI

Overtime: 1.5 x Hourly Rate
