A&L Mechanical Installations Ltd has established this Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy and made it available to all employees and relevant interested parties. This Policy provides the framework for planning, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the IMS, and for setting and reviewing strategic and aspect-specific IMS objectives. The Policy is appropriate to the organisation’s context, activities, products, and services and reflects our corporate strategy, risks, opportunities, and compliance obligations. It is approved by Senior Management and communicated throughout the organisation. Senior Management will regularly review this Policy to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
