In recognition of our efforts, we have received the Bronze Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), highlighting our commitment to inclusive recruitment and career development for those with military backgrounds.
Our work naturally aligns with the skills developed through military service, such as leadership, problem-solving, and technical expertise.
We were delighted to attend the recent ERS Employer Breakfast, where we were officially presented with our Bronze award. The event brought together businesses from across Scotland, all united in their commitment to creating opportunities for the Armed Forces community and their families.
