Role Responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of Client Enquiries
- Compliance with A&L/Client H&S Procedures at all times
- Ensuring Construction H&S Procedures are adhered to at all times
- Compliance with Company Tendering Processes
- Framework Management
- Pricing, Preparing, Planning and Delivering Projects.
- Managing Site and Operational Staff.
- Developing Risk Assessments, Method Statements & Safe Systems of Work.
- Ensuring Quality and Service is maintained at all times
- Planning, Preparing & Leading Site Resource.
- Ensuring Compliance with Client Specification
- Procurement of Plant, Material & Resource for Project Deliverables.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building
- Site Supervision where necessary
- Leadership and Commitment to meeting Company Targets & KPI’s
- Loyalty and Endeavour to deliver Quality and Service at all times
